Why should I become a registered user ?
For convenience:
- You won't have to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses; when you place an order they will be filled in automatically.
- You can browse shop and delay your order. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping bag so that you can come back and complete your order later. Please note that adding gear to your shopping bag does not guarantee item availability.

What if my user info changes ?
No problem. Edit or update your account information or address book at any time by logging-on and using the menu to update your billing information, address book and password.

How do I place an order ?
Select a department from the menu banner. Click on an item, choose a color, a size and "Add to Bag". Continue shopping for additional gear or "View Bag" to proceed to check out.

How do I add items to my shopping bag ?
After you "Add to Bag", the items will be placed in your shopping bag until you check out. You can review your bag anytime by clicking on the "View Bag/Checkout" button. If an item that you selected is not appearing in your shopping bag, double check its availability. To remove anything from your shopping bag, click on "Delete".

What does it mean if an item is missing sizes from the "Select Size" dropdown ?
Sizes not shown in the dropdown are no longer available.

What does it mean if an item is "In Stock", "Not Available", or "Backordered" ?
All items in your shopping bag will be either "in stock", "not available", or "backordered". "In stock" items should be received in 7-10 business days. All items that are "not available" are no longer available at this time. Please check back with us for updates on merchandise availability as we may receive more inventory. "Backordered" items are temporarily out of stock but are expected to be available soon. A date will show indicating the date we expect to receive the item. Due to unexpected delays, this date is subject to change. If no date shows, the item is expected to come in within 10 days. Backordered items will be shipped immediately once inventory replenishment has been processed. Your credit card will not be charged for backordered items until the items ship. Backordered items cannot be sent overnight.

How do I checkout ?
Checking out is an easy four step process.
- Click on the "My Bag/Checkout" button. Your shopping bag appears and you can review your order.
- Click on the "Checkout" button to advance on to the "Address" page. Here you will enter your Billing and Shipping information. Type in all your info, (make sure you use your credit card billing address for the Bill-To address to avoid delays in your order) and select your shipping method. Registered users will already have their Billing Info filled in but can still edit it or choose a different shipping address.
- Click on the "Proceed" button to advance to the "Payment" page. Verify your Billing and Shipping addresses and type in your credit card information.
- Click "Process Order" to finish checking out. Your order will not be received until you click this button. A confirmation page will appear, indicating that the order has been received.

How can I be sure my order went through ?
When we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation usually within minutes. If you do not receive an e-mail contact us at

What if I make a return or exchange ?
Your return will be credited to your original payment types. Be sure to hold on to your Official Receipt if you make a return!

How is sales tax calculated ?
Applicable sales tax is calculated according to the state to where it is being shipped.
International orders are excused from sale's tax but recipients are responsible for all duties and taxes assessed by their country's customs.

How do I know that my order has been shipped ?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you another email with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

How do I order and send a gift to someone ?
Fill out the recipient's info in "Shipping Address". Include a note by using "Add a Message".

What is your return policy ?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund. You may return unworn, unlaundered items within 30 days of delivery. We exchange or refund any original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice.
Due to health code regulations, underwear, hosiery, and swimwear must be unopened and unworn.
Please do not send merchandise that was purchased at one of our store locations for return. Our Distribution Center cannot process any store return. Your package will be returned to you. All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. By sending returns to the Standard Returns Address, credit card purchases will receive credit back to the credit card used.
We will process your return / exchange within 14 business days and notify you once we have done so. If you requested a refund, we will process it on the original credit card used for the purchase.
All clearance items are final sale and are not returnable.
You are responsible for return shipping fees. If you are exchanging an item, standard shipping fees will apply. In the unlikely even that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order, it is important that the items remain unworn, unopened, and unlaundered so we can credit you in full, including return shipping if it is a result of our error.
Sometime your return may be subject to a fee. Following are the situations under which these fees may apply :
?Orders returned to the wrong address and subsequently forward to us are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee if return is accepted.
?Orders returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee if return is accepted.
Please note that Private Structure may refuse any return if it does not meet the Return guidelines.

How long does shipping take ?
Domestic or international orders take 3-15 business days for delivery. Expedited orders, if made before 12 noon, will be delivered the next business day.
Shipping & Handling (S&H)
For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges are based on the total weight of your order, destination and shipping method.
Additional Information
*Processing of orders that contain backordered items may be delayed up to an additional week for the initial shipment. Remaining backordered items will be shipped at no additional charge.
*Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. Packages abandoned for whatever reason will not be returned to the buyer and will only be replaced at the buyer's expense.

What if my package is not delivered ?
Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer for any reason will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense.

Will you convert my total into my currency ?
No. We bill your credit card in Malaysia Ringgit(MYR) and your credit card company will convert the charges for you.

What are the terms and conditions of my order ?
Customer Initiated Order Cancellation :
Prior to shipment of your order, you may cancel your order at any time by sending us an email at customerservice@privatestructure.com. If your order has already shipped, you can return your order to us in accordance with our return policy.
Private Structure Initiated Order Cancellation :
Although it is rare that it would be necessary for Private Structure to cancel an order, we reserve this right in addition to the right to not accept any subsequent orders from a customer where certain any of the following situations arise :
- Billing /Payment / Shipping Information
Order cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided, which may include, but is not limited to :
- Incorrect Credit number, expiration date or card security value.
- Incorrect Billing information (billing information you provide is different from information your financial institution has on record).
- Insufficient/Incorrect shipping address is provided (street address, city, state, zip or postal code).
- Fraudulent information.
- Improper Resale of Merchandise
Private Structure is a private label brand, and to protect its intellectual property rights, resale of our merchandise for personal or business profit is strictly prohibited. Any orders found to have characteristics of reselling/reshipping may be cancelled and we reserve the right to cancel all subsequent orders from such customers.
- Previous Fraudulent Order History
Private Structure may cancel an Order if fraudulent activity is suspected and may refuse to process subsequent orders from customer with a previous fraudulent order history record.
Important Information Regarding Your Credit Card Order and Order Cancellation :
- Private Structure reserves the right to request additional evidence for proof of billing information and for your protection, your credit card order may be delayed while we confirm your billing information.
- The charge for your Order will appear on your credit card statement as PayPal, PrivateStructure or beONE Marketing Sdn. Bhd. If you contest the validity or amount of the charge related to an Order with Private Structure, please call us before calling your bank to refute such charge.
- Private Structure will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any fraudulent activities related to the reversal of a valid charge for an order properly filled and delivered to customer.
