We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons or claims that the products received do not match the pictures and size indication/guide as published on our website.

If you wish to cancel your order before we ship it out, the refund can be processed with a deduction of 10% transaction fees. The refund process may take up to 7 working days.

If you would like to alter your order, such as changing the colour or size of the product(s) after we dispatched or upon you receiving the order, all shipping costs and tax charges shall be borne by you.
